How does it work?

Vote on proposals for on-chain assets you would like to acquire. Each proposal will need at minimum 10 votes to be passed.
We acquire the asset
We use our network, connection, reach, & other methods to acquire on-chain assets that have a passed proposal.
Assets are distributed
We then then distribute those assets to proposal voters - based on FCFS proposal voting for < 1:1 asset to voter ratio (following pass holders).
